Tigers Split with Stoney Creek Warriors Teams
The Welland Minor Atom “A” Shadow Auto Tigers are now 16-3 in divisional play after after beating the Stoney Creek "A" Warriors on Saturday followed by a loss to the "AE" team on Monday night.
The Tigers defeated the Stoney Creek "A" Warriors 10-1 on Saturday with Thomas Russell backstopping the Tigers to the victory. The offence was lead by Ethan Rousseau with 2G and 1A, Jordan Hotham and Ryan Rousseau each with 2G, Mark Chambers with 2A, Brody Channon, Antonio Mete, Brayden Farr and Liam Seguin each with a goal and Blake Hudak with 1A.
The Tigers then lost to the Stoney Creek "AE" Warriors 5-4 on Monday night. Thomas Russel was solid in net but it wasn't enough as the Tigers lost their second outing in 3 games. The offence was lead by Liam Seguin with 1G and 2A, Ethan Rousseau with 2G, Kingsley Lachnit with 1G and 1A, Ryan Rousseau and Brody Channon each with 2A and Dylan Wood with 1A.
