Tigers Advance to the OMHA Quarter Finals
The Welland Minor Atom “A” Shadow Auto Tigers have advanced to the OMHA Quarter Finals after defeating the West Niagara Flying Aces 2 games to 0 in a best of 3 showdown.
Game 1 was in the Main Arena on Wednesday night and the Tiger's immerged with a 7-3 victory. Thomas Russell got the "W" in net and the offence was led by Ethan Rousseau with 2G and 3A, Kingsley Lachnit with 3G and 1A, Sebastien Boucher with 3A, Ryan Rousseau with 2G, Cooper Ebert and Antonio Mete each with 2A and Brody Channon and Liam Seguin with helpers.
Game 2 was in West Lincoln where the Tigers skated to a 5-0 win. Jackson Gallagher-Temple earned the shut out and the offence was led by Ethan Rousseau with 1 G and 2A, Jordan Hotham and Liam Seguin each with 2G and Ryan Rousseau with 1A.
The Tigers will next face off against the Southpoint Capitals in the OMHA Quarter Finals.
