Tigers Finish in First
The Welland Minor Atom “A” Shadow Auto Tigers improved to 24-3-1 in divisional play this past weekend after beating the Dunnville Mudcats on Saturday and St. Catharines Falcons on Sunday.
Welland beat the Mudcats 4-1 with Thomas Russell backstopping the team to the victory. The offence was led by Liam Seguin with 3G, Ethan Rousseau with 1G and 2A, Mark Chambers and Brayden Farr with 1A.
The Tiger's wrapped up regular season play with a 4-2 win over the Falcons. Jackson Gallagher-Temple earned the win between the pipes with the offence being led by Liam Seguin and Ethan Rousseau each with 1G and 1A, Blake Hudak and Kingsley Lachnit each with 1G and Hudson Bassi, Mark Chambers and Antonio Mete each with 1A
The Tigers finished the year in first place and will compete in their play downs next weekend in Glancaster. Go Tigers!!
