How to Rebound

Saturday night saw the Welland Midget Tigers back in action as they hosted the Garden City Falcons. After some hard work and determination from the Falcons, it was only a matter of time before the talented Tigers would take over the game. Jack Moormann continued his scoring ways of late by opening the scoring. The Tigers would go on to score 7 more times with singles from Noah Carl and Chris Angelo, two from Hayden Scott and a hat trick for Luka Turkovich. Regardless of the score of the game, the Tigers put in a real team effort Saturday night; back checking hard, staying disciplined and staying focused. That is why POG goes to Harrison Doan. Welland hits the road again for a 7:00pm puck drop in Chippawa on Tuesday night.
