Welland Returns Home And To The Win Column
In their return to league play the Welland Niagara Street Pharmacy Tigers defeated Pelham 5-2 on Monday night to improve
to 5-3-1 in the NDHL Atom Doherty division standings. Mark Gibson and Mitchell Tomaino
each scored twice and Carter Kipp netted the other Welland tally. Justin Narvaez
and Austin Wilson scored for Pelham.
Welland competes in the 32nd Annual Doug Robinson Tournament in Lincoln starting on Friday morning. They are set to face the South Muskoka Bears, the Lincoln Blades and the Pelham Panthers throughout the weekend competition.
