Tigers continue to climb!
On Saturday December 15th The Welland Youngs Insurance Tigers earned another great win vs the Lincoln Blades.
Austin Bovine opened the scoring at 9:27 in the first period assisted by Ethan Fortier. Jaxson Beck scored midway through the second assisted by Blake Marton. The winning goal was scored by Mackenzie Taylor at 10:03 in the third assisted by Cade Bovine while Joseph Boychuk netted an empty netter with 13 seconds left in the game.
With a win of 4-2 over the Blades, the Tigers climb up to 4th place in the Niagara District Hockey League standings sitting with 11 wins, 6 losses and 2 ties. The team looks forward to travelling to Glanbrook on Tuesday to take on the Rangers.
