The
Welland Youngs Insurance Tigers added
another notch to the win column on Saturday blanking the Niagara-on-the-Lake
Wolves 7-0.
Jaxson Beck opened the scoring at 5:30 in the second
period and added a second goal to the tally late in the 3rd. Blake Marton recorded his second hat trick in
2 games while Joseph Boychuk and Lucas Homan added single tallies.
Contributing by way of assist and non-stop determination was Kyle Zenga, Maxx Pals, Cade Bovine, Matteo Valleriani and Ausin Bovine. Kaleb Bello also notably notched his third shutout of the season.
Cole McCarthy was ranked defender number one this weekend helping to solidify the shutout, which ultimately earned him the hard hat.
The Tigers will host the St Catharine Falcons on Monday night in the Rose City`s Youth Ice Palace at 6:50pm.
