Concussion Baseline Testing

I will be getting a concussion baseline test done for Logan. I was wondering who else is interested.
This is the Information I received:
I am Dr. Oliver Trochta, the partner and clinician at Brock Chiropractic. Thank you for your interest in concussion baseline testing. We would be to work with your team this season. My recommendation is to set something up in the next month so that all of the athletes are tested before the Christmas season starts. We are certified clinicians through Complete Concussion Management (CCMI), which is one of the largest concussion management databases in the world, with over 130 clinics in North America. We can accommodate 3-4 players per hour and stagger their arrival times, so that waiting is minimal. We could also book two separate test dates to accommodate people's schedules if necessary. When they are done, the athletes will each get a bag tag to attach to their hockey bag which contains an access code to the online database. This code can be used at any clinic in North America that is registered with CCMI to gain access to their baseline test information if the athlete is injured at a travel venue and a concussion is suspected.Our concussion baseline sponsorship program is comprised of a $70.00 per athlete test fee, of which your organization receives $20.00 back per athlete for fundraising efforts. So for a team with a bench of 15 players, the team can expect to receive $300.00 if there is 100% participation, amongst players.Please let me know if you would like me to do a presentation for your team/organization, so that we can go over the benefits and mechanisms of testing, and the included online app for coaches and trainers.
