Are you planning on coaching, training, managing, or being an on-ice volunteer with WMHA for the upcoming season?

Is your police check from 2019 or earlier?

According to the OMHA Criminal Record Check Policy, you must have a Vulnerable Sector Screening and Criminal Record Check that are less than 3 years old.

If yours is expiring this year, you must provide a current one for the upcoming season.

Please email a copy of your police check, or make alternative arrangements with our Risk Director, Valerie Hudak, to [email protected]

PLEASE NOTE:
  • The police clearance process has changed as of April 2022.  Police services require a volunteer letter from the organization you are coaching/volunteering with in order to complete your criminal record and vulnerable sector checks.

  • Police checks are backlogged.  Apply ASAP and keep your receipt/confirmation as proof that you have begun the process.

Get started on yours by clicking on the link: https://www.policesolutions.ca/checks/services/niagara/
