Good Morning Welland Tigers
Your WMHA executive board of directors are still hard at work, including our first online board meeting last night, hockey is not forgotten. There will be some information for all near the end of June and some guidance. We are very limited on what we can do right now, as we continue to wait for guidelines from Hockey Canada and the OMHA. Please be assured that when we get notification on how a season will work, timelines, and operation we are fully committed to a "shot gun" start and will be resuming hockey programming at the same time as all other centers.
NO centers are ahead or behind regardless if registration is open or not. Rest assured hockey will move forward with the same expectation as in previous years in Welland when we are given the green light. There has been 0 pieces of information that give us factual content on how hockey will be played. Please disregard all rumors. As soon as we have factual information it will be shared with everyone. Hockey is the passion that unites us all, and nobody wants to see it back more then us!
