NRP Form Requests 2024 - 2025 Season
Please fill out the sections below to request a NRP form for AA Tryouts for U12 thru U16 Spring Tryouts or BB Fall tryouts.
For BB tryouts the player would have had to be released from their commitment to WMHA. U12 thru U16 BB NRP forms will be available following tryouts.
Forms will be emailed out to those requesting by an automated system once issued.
Only 1 NRP form per player to AA, and 1 NRP form to BB if released from A tryouts.
You must list the centre you wish to tryout out for. Once a NRP form is issued it is final and a 2nd form cannot be issued for AA.
U18 will be available in August for Fall tryouts.
