The Welland Midget Tigers made their trip to Stoney Creek for a 900pm puck drop on Tuesday where they scored late to win. The Tigers came out flying firing what seemed like a thousand shots. Between the glass and the Warriors goalie, the game remained tied until the parade to the penalty box began. The Warriors would take the lead with time running out in the 1st period to make it 1-0. Almost as soon as the 2nd period started, Max Naso would continue is scoring streak by tying the game at 1-1. The game continued the same with a ton of shots, trips to the penalty box and wasted scoring chances. Finally, the Tigers would take the lead on a power play of their own as Brett Gregory would score the game winner. A solid performance by all as the Tigers had to kill off 7 penalties throughout the game. The Tigers next game is at home where they host the Flying Aces of West Niagara. Player of the Game is Spencer Main.
