Monday night saw the Welland Midget Tigers travel to Grimsby to play the Peach Kings and hopefully put past nightmares behind them. After another shaky start giving up some early goals, the Tigers would explode offensively scoring ten goals on way to an easy victory. The Tigers played their game by taking just a few penalties and overloading the offensive zone. Many new names found the score sheet in an overall team effort. Player of the game is shared by two players tonight as Jack Moormann and Harrison Doan scored hat tricks. Noah Carl also pitched in with his first of the season. Outstanding performances by Max Naso and Quinn Sarginson were unlucky not to get on the score sheet. Luka Turkovich and Myles Chew both made their return from injuries. The Tigers next game is Thursday October 31 as they conclude their road trip in Port Colborne.
