The Welland Minor Atom “A” Shadow Auto Tigers fell to 4-1 in divisional play with a 6-2 drubbing at the hands of the West Niagara Major Atom AE Flying Aces. Although the Tigers were able to generate many chances in the opposing team's zone, they were unable to solve the Flying Aces goalie Trenton Kott. Antonio Mete scored for the Tigers assisted by Blake Hudak and Brodie Channon. Liam Seguin notched the second tally assisted by Ryan Rousseau and Jordan Hotham.
The Tigers next face the West Niagara Flying Aces Minor A team on Tuesday evening from 6:00-7:00PM at the Peach King Arena in Grimsby.
