Fewkes Gets the Shutout in Glanbrook!
The Welland Youngs Insurance Tigers travelled to Glanbrook on Tuesday night to face the Rangers. Owyn Fewkes worked hard to earn his 2nd shutout of the season while the Tigers defence played another excellent game both offensively and by keeping pucks away from the net.
Blake Marton popped the first goal early in the first to give the Tigers the go ahead, assisted by Matteo Valleriani and Jaxson Beck. Following a barrage of shots, Maxx Pals scored the second one assisted by Lucas Homan. The third and final goal was earned by Kyle Zenga. The Tigers will play Stoney Creek on Saturday at home before they break for the Christmas holidays.
