Big Win against the Mudcats!
On Tuesday December 11th The Welland Youngs Insurance Tigers travelled to Dunnville to play the Mudcats.
Austin Bovine opened the scoring for Welland at 1:32 in the second period but it wasn’t until the 3rd period that the Tigers unleashed their fury, scoring and additional 4 goals. Matteo Valleriani, Cole McCarthy, Joseph Boychuk and Ethan Fortier each scored one while Blake Marton, Kalen Sumbler, McCarthy and Fortier pitched in with an assist each.
Owen Fewkes played another fantastic game between the pipes and with help from the Tigers defensive pairings all but one attempt was kept out of the net.
