House Rules
Thank you for choosing the Comfort Inn & Suites Ingersoll for your accommodation needs. We intend to make each guest’s stay as enjoyable as possible. In order to achieve this, a clear communication of our standards are listed below and ask that you read and understand the following house rules. We request that the following be agreed upon prior to your check in. Please indicate your acceptance by signing where indicated. Failure to sign will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Any cancellations or changes to length of stay must be made more that 2 days prior to your arrival date. Any changes made after 2 days prior will be subject to full reservation charge.
· Noise levels above casual talk will not be tolerated at any time of day. (i.e. the noise must not be heard outside of your room).
· No running, roughhousing, yelling, screaming or game playing in the halls will be tolerated at any time.
· If minors are found to be playing using sports equipment in the hallway, the equipment will be confiscated by our staff and returned upon check out.
· No open alcohol anywhere in the hotel, outside of the guest’s room.
· No food or drink of any kind in the pool area.
· Noise Complaints:
1st Complaint: Front Desk/Security will contact the room and speak to the registered guest. The Coach or person responsible for the group will be notified.
2nd Complaint: Front Desk/Security will again contact the person responsible for the room to explain the severity of the situation. This person will be notified that any further complaint will result in there being asked to vacate the hotel.
3rd Complaint: All persons in the room will be asked to vacate the hotel immediately.
If you are asked to leave, your room charge and deposit will not be refunded. Any Damages or extraordinary cleaning charges will be applied to your credit card. If you do not leave when asked to, legal action will be enforced.
· Excessive noise, which results in the Hotel refunding other guests, will in turn result in a charge to the group/registered person of the room causing the complaint.
· Smoking anywhere within the hotel is prohibited and will result in a $250.00 charge to the registered person of the room that was smoked in.
· Hotel rooms are to be left in the same condition as when the guest checked in. Any rooms with damage or excessive mess will be charged accordingly. Furniture is not to be moved or removed from guest rooms.
· Any and all damages caused to the hotel or its property by any member or people associated with your room, will be charged and paid by the person registered to that room.
· Late check outs after 11:00 am must be pre-arranged with hotel management and is subject to availability.
Please be courteous and respectful to other guests staying in the hotel.
