PICTURE DAY
Hi Parents,

Please see the following summarizing the information for picture day:

We have secured picture day again this year with Barry and his team from Digital Sports Photography. If you are not familiar with them, they do an excellent job and the pictures are great (https://www.photoreflect.com/store/store.aspx?p=1005)

Picture day this year will be Saturday February 22, 2020. Please print the attached form with you and complete in advance. if you could also bring a pen with you if you have any questions to complete to help with the process.

Similar to prior years, we will coordinate a room for pictures where players will line up to get their individual pictures, followed by their team pictures. This is done right before their practice time and the ice times are not shifted or stopped while pictures are being taken so it's important to be there early and ready to go. If you miss your team photo we will not be able to retake the team photo just as an aside so better safe than sorry in being early.

For IP
By this weekend, the teams will have switched times so the pictures will start with Teams 2 and 3  for the 8:30 AM practice followed by teams 1 and 4 for the 9:30 AM practice.

Team 2 - 7:30 - 8:00
Team 3 - 8:00 - 8:30
Team 1 - 8:30 - 9:00
Team 4 - 9:00 - 9:30

Your child will come dressed (in all gear except helmet) and gloves/sticks can be worn in the individual pictures. They will proceed in to the room to have their individual picture taken, followed by a team picture to be located at or near the room. Please try and limit the amount of foot traffic in that area as there will be equipment set up and lots of moving pieces especially if the location is near room 6 and tucked in the corner similar to last year. (that means keeping siblings and others away to ensure nothing gets knocked over).

As always if there are any questions please let me know.

Hope everyone is enjoying the season so far and looking forward to the holiday break!

Thanks,
Scott
