2024 REP U10A thru U16A Tryout - Registration Form

2024 Spring Tryouts

for U10A thru U16A

U9MD and U18A Tryouts will be offered in September 2024.

Players may be released after 3 tryouts.

Fee of $125.00 must be paid via https://www.playpay.ca Prior to April 30, 2024 no cheques or cash will be accepted. All payments must be received on or before April 30 2024. Be prepared to show proof of payment at first tryout.
Please log into Playpay.ca and select "tryout fee/pre skate"

If you wish to make any changes or select new activities for a player already listed in ‘my organizations’, there are a couple options:

In your PlayPay account, click ‘my organizations’.

Option 1:

For the specific player, click the change hyperlink in the Activities column.
Make the required changes and/or add new activities, when completed click the ‘Save Activities’ button.

Option 2:

For the specific player, click the edit icon. (square box with pencil)
Make the required changes and/or add new activities, when completed click the ‘Save’ button.

Repeat as required for each player.

Non-Resident Passports – players coming from outside Welland boundaries must present a NRP Form from their home association upon arrival of first tryout. Please contact your association for this form. WMHA does not issue NRP's for out of town residents.

By Signing this form, parents and players have read, understood and agree to the following:

1: In consideration on being permitted to tryout, or on being accepted by any of the member partners of Welland Minor Hockey Association, I hearby release the Association, the Officials of its members from all claims or causes of action which at any time hereafter may arise whether due to injuries, fatal or otherwise, or loss of, or damage to, personal property.

2: Upon signature of this agreement, the player and parent(s) or representative of the registered player hereby agrees to abide by the WMHA Constitution, By-Laws, Policies and Playing Rules and by the constitutions, by-laws, policies, playing rules and codes of conduct of each of the WMHA member partners.

3: I agree and I understand that Tryout fees are to be paid by the set date listed above and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4: I agree that if signed by a WMHA representative team, I will be required to pay additional fees separate from the association registration fees. These fees include but are not limited to: WMHA Rep Fees, tournament fees, team fundraising initiatives, equipment, travel costs, Tigers spirit-wear, etc.

5: I agree that I will also register through the Hockey Canada Registry Portal following the 2023 WMHA Rep Tryouts.
